"I’ve been very pleased with State Farm and the responsiveness of Julie and her team when I have questions, need to make changes to my coverage, or in my most recent instance, filing a theft claim that was processed in record timing. My husband had Eerie before we married and I don’t think we realized how awful some insurance could be until there was a problem. He was happy to switch to State Farm when we married and now that he has a comparison, he sees how insurance should operate. Julie and her team are very knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to sign up for things I wasn’t interested in or didn’t need. I know rates can go up, but all things considered I do think the discounts offered are plentiful and we take advantage of all of them. Like a good neighbor. ;-)
