My husband had Eerie before we married and I don’t think we realized how awful some insurance could be until there was a problem. "I have been with state farm for 25 years. I was recently in a motorcycle accident. The service was TERRIBLE!!! Julie was never even available to talk to. Thanks to Kristen I was able to get things settled WEEKS after my accident and many hours on the phone! I was the one doing all the leg work, so far as them calling ME asking how "I" was making out with the claim.. Then when I call for a quote for a new bike and my rate DOUBLED!! With no explanation why! They keep saying its not because of my accident but can not give me a reason why.. Oh and their "bundle" is a joke!! It is only good for home and auto."
